For custom work, $100 is required to save your space. This also covers preliminary costs such as drafting designs and estimates + sourcing materials.
Custom work is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
All costs on custom work are transparent on your written estimate.
50%-60% of your overall cost is due upon approval of the design and estimate.
Once 50%-60% is paid, your piece is assumed approved and construction begins.
The time it takes to create a custom piece is dependent on when the client approves the design, materials, and estimates. Once construction begins your piece can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to complete.
If there is a deadline for your piece, please indicate your desired date during the preliminary process. This can typically be met with ease.

We ship USPS Insured Shipping - unless requested otherwise. If you would like UPS or FED-EX, please specify which one in the "notes" section at checkout.
U.S. Shipping on pre-made items usually takes 1 day to process and 3-5 days to arrive at your door step.
International Shipping on pre-made items usually takes 1 day to process and 5-14 days to arrive at your door step.
Custom work ships 1-3 days after completion.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or premade work. Payments for custom or premade work are non-refundable.
Upon inspection, we are happy to offer a one year warranty if it appears to be a craftsmanship issue.
If it is because of wear and tear, we will not be liable.
If you have your jewelry sized or manipulated by another jeweler, your piece will no longer be covered under our warranty.
Like most nice things, there is a little special care that goes into owning a
piece of wearable art. It is recommened that you do not exercise, garden, lift heavy object, operate machinery, apply lotion, wash hands or expose your jewelry to cleaning products, soaps and detergents.
Please store jewelry in a covered container.
We recommend insuring your jewelry.
Rhodium plating may be necessary for white gold products. It is recommended every 5-10 years.
